A. You can, and you can go into the pump as soon as you feel fit to. Some prefer to use a pump BEFORE the extender- since the penile tunica is impacted longitudinally with the pump in a way the extender doesn't target. That way, you go into the extender with more of your tunica "pre-stretched".
