Q. What's the point of twisting the penis while you're in the extender? I've seen mention of trainers doing this, but why?

A. Twisting the penis during a stretch is known as "Bundling". This is a very advanced movement, and should only be performed after you've had several months of extender training under your belt.

Bundling engages the tunica of the penis in a way where it's possible to "wring" out more length- and because of the way the tunica is affected by this, girth gains have also been reported by bundling.

To perform bundling in your EPIC Extender, you'll want to be sure to set up your Vacuum Cups as directed in the #tutorials section of our Discord Channel or in Baseem's Free Course. Start with only a half rotation before fastening the cup to the extender, and test out 5 minutes of wear (or less) using light tension to see how it feels.

Do NOT train past the point of tolerable discomfort! Some have progressed to a full twist (or more) under tension, but we caution against rushing into doing so prematurely.
