Q. Trying to get the suction cup to work but nothing I do is working. Worked for past 30 days. Any advice? Followed tutorial and am making sure no hair/holes in sleeve

tried using the smallest one but still not able to get the same suction. Literally been trying for like an hour lol

A. So you're talking about Epic cups.

To debug very simply:

Attach the cup without the sleeve to a hairless part of your arm and create suction.

If you see that the cup is holding suction then it's not broken and the leak is somewhere else. If it's losing the suction then please just write our support team and we'll replace it for you ASAP.

Q. Thanks man. I want to do it like this: I will use coconut oil or vaseline when pumping. After i finish my [pumping] session i will have a shower. After showering i will apply the cocoa butter cream. Does that look good?

A. Yes, but for pumping you might want to consider using a silicone/water hybrid lube as it washes off much better than Vaseline or even coconut oil.
