Q. I feel as though I have taken manual exercises as far as I can take them. I have also tried an extender which didn't really work. What do you think of using a penis pump? Can it add thickness as well as making it longer?

While it's possible to work up to- and benefit from- using 33 kPa or more, the only thing that justifies your adding more pressure, time, tension, etc. in your training is if: A. you can tolerate it without discomfort or negative effects, and B. that you're making the gains to justify adding pressure.
Q. I'm wanting to get started with penis pumping! What is a good beginner routine to start with?
A. Pumping is perhaps the best form of device-based penis training. Pumping adds length, girth, erection quality, and sensitivity.
Your initial sessions should be given over to mastering the wear of the device and in setting up time and pressure baselines.
Test out no more than 10 to 17 kPa of pressure in your initial sessions.
A routine for using the pump would be as follows:
Week 1:
Day 1: Pump: 5 minutes Day 2: Pump: 6 minutes Day 3: Pump: 7 minutes
Week 2:
Day 1: Pump: 8 minutes Day 2: Pump: 9 minutes Day 3: Pump: 10 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark) Day 4: Pump: 11 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark)
Week 3:
Day 1: Pump: 12 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark) Day 2: Pump: 13 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark) Day 3: Pump: 14 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark) Day 4: Pump: 15 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark)
Week 4:
Day 1: Pump: 16 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark) Day 2: Pump: 17 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark) Day 3: Pump: 18 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark) Day 4: Pump: 19 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 minute mark) Day 5: Pump: 20 minutes (increase pressure again at the 5 minute mark and again at the 10 and 15 minute mark)
The days worked above should be adjusted to your schedule.
Be sure to perform a thorough warm up and warm down before and after each session respectively.
Unless you're very sexually active, you'll want to include some form of structured stamina training in your regimen.
