Q. I read once that you had recommended not performing too many Kegels during edging training. Can you elaborate on why that shouldn't be done? It's so much easier to do it all in one session.

A.
The reasoning behind performing Kegels separate from edging is twofold: One is to learn to perform Kegels in isolation, and the second is to not get accustomed to having to perform Kegels during edging (or sexual activities). Some men have unexpectedly trained themselves to perform Kegels so often, that they then find they HAVE TO Kegel in order to perform.

Q: Warming up is important to prevent injuries and to get the most out of my training, but I don't have a hot tub available. The kind of heating pad I wear on my back is too large, and I travel often. What do you recommend I use for warming up?

A:
We created the RED LIGHT THERAPY PAD specifically for warming the penis. It's effective for warming up (and warming DOWN), warming during training, and even after training if you wish to keep the tissues expanded and blood flowing for longer periods.

You can read more about the RED LIGHT THERAPY PAD HERE.

Q. You offer a lot of devices for enlarging the penis, but do you offer any for developing greater sexual stamina and hardness?

A.
The best device for developing sexual stamina and hardness is a penis pump. Pumps can be used on their own or in conjunction with other training practices, like Kegels and edging.

Pumps (or Vacuum Erection Devices as they're termed in medical parlance) are actually recommended by medical scientists for the purposes of improving EQ (erection quality- a combined measure of stamina and hardness. Check out: Treating erectile dysfunction with external vacuum devices
