Q. I keep getting little blisters in the same spot using the vacuum cups. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
A. If you're new to using the EPIC Cups, you may need to start with a low volume of work. If you're doing this but are still getting blisters, you can use Cohesive Tape or similar around the areas specific to where the blisters from. This should help to prevent and protect your penis from recurring blisters.
Q. Using your 3-in-1 pump has been amazing! It's easy and fun to use, but I now need more of a challenge as I've outgrown it literally and for training. Do you have any new pumps I can use to program for advanced training?
A. Yes! You'd be interested in our new Advanced Penis Pump, which has the following:
· Precision Pressure Control
Most advanced pumps use digital gauges or hand dials to monitor vacuum pressure — reducing the risk of over-pumping and injury.
· Automatic or Electric Power
Instead of manually pumping, these devices often feature rechargeable motors for consistent, hands-free pressure, with multiple modes.
· Smart Safety Features
Built-in safety release valves, timers, or auto shut-off systems make usage safer and more convenient — especially for beginners.
· Better Fit & Comfort
Advanced pumps usually come with silicone sleeves, adjustable rings, or ergonomic cylinders for a tight, comfortable seal that fits all sizes.
· Progress Tracking
Some high-end models let you track your session time and pressure — either on-screen or through an app — so you can measure gains over time.

Q. Do you think it's better to do length training first and then girth?
A. You may be better off focusing on performing any intense stretches after girth work. The reason for this is that stretching can exhaust the penis in a way that makes performing girth work immediately afterwards difficult.
If you're using devices, you can use a penis pump first, then segue into using the EPIC Extender.

Recommended Tools to Support Your Training
If you are navigating issues like blisters, plateaus in pumping intensity, or structuring your length-to-girth routine, a few well-chosen tools can make your progress smoother and more consistent. Here are some products from EpicExtender.com that pair well with the topics covered in this Q&A edition:
• EPIC Cohesive Tape: If you experience recurring hot spots or small blisters during vacuum work, adding Cohesive Tape is a simple way to reinforce sensitive areas. It sticks to itself, not your skin, and gives you just enough padding to prevent friction and swelling, especially during higher-volume sessions.
• EPIC Replacement Cup Set: If your current cups are starting to wear out or you want a backup set with a slightly different internal shape, the Replacement Cup Set helps you fine-tune comfort and suction. Fresh cups often seal better, reducing the need for excess pressure that can lead to irritation.
• Heavy Duty Penis Pump: If you’re outgrowing the 3-in-1 pump, this newer model is the next logical step. Its precision pressure control, safety features, and hands-free operation give you room to scale your training with confidence. You can adjust pressure in small increments, making advanced routines easier to manage and track.
• EPIC Extender (V-Series): For users ready to combine pumping with length training, the EPIC Extender offers structured, progressive traction that pairs smoothly with pump-first routines. It’s built for longer, more comfortable wear sessions and gives you a clear path for incremental rod adjustments as your length increases.
