Q. After I reach my ideal size and stop doing all these exercises, will it stay the same or go back to my normal size?

A. Once you achieve your goals, you taper off on the volume (not intensity) over the course of a few weeks. This is known as "cementing".

After this, it's vital that you maintain a high quality level of EQ (Erection Quality- a combined measure of stamina and hardness) and induce regular, rock hard erections to maintain maximum size.

Using a penis pump two to three times a week using 7 to 10 Hg (24 to 34 kPa) of pressure for 10-20 minutes would also help to maintain gains.

Q. Give me a typical intermittent stretching routine. I don't believe it's been discussed here lately.

A. Here's an example: Instead of doing a traditional routine of 100 each 20 second tension stretches (which is very advanced), you could do *30 stretches 4 times in one day. The same formula would apply to hanging or extending.

*By merely splitting the workout you greatly lessen the cumulative effect, so you'll need to do more total volume to get the same total potential effect that you'd get from performing all of your work in one sitting.

Another benefit of this is that you'll be able to use more intensity in your mini-sessions, since you won't be doing so many repetitions.
