Q. Since I’ve been training for years with minimal girth gains, how realistic is it that I will gain girth of 0.5 inches or more? I also have challenges maintaining an erection for training and sex. Are these problems related?
A. Something I've noticed about making male enhancement gains is that- absent an optimally "anabolic" environment, you're going to have issues making gains. Place yourself in said anabolic environment, then even after a long time without progress you'll make gains.
In your case, the weak link is your Erection Quality (EQ- a combined measure of stamina and hardness). To maximize your gains- especially in girth- you're going to need to get your EQ to as high a level as you can- even above and beyond what you feel you may need for optimal sexual performance. That chance alone will allow you to get much more out of the workouts themselves, and you'll recover much more quickly.
In your case, I recommend focusing on improving your EQ first to at least a level of satisfactory functionality before upgrading to a full enlargement routine. Using a good pump in your training will be most helpful- as will performing Kegels and edging.

There's also the corresponding health benefits associated with inducing EQ as a beneficent side effect. You'll likely need to have your free testosterone at the higher end, and aspects like SHBG and Estradiols well under control.
Q. I've heard of bundling, where you twist the penis under tension to get a better stretch. Do you advise doing this? If so, please provide details.
A. Bundling is a rather advanced training technique, It involves giving the penis a twist before setting it under tension. The goal in doing this is to create torque on the penile tunica. The wringing action is thought to allow for greater expansion in both length AND girth.
You'd start with only a half twist- and testing no more than 15 minutes under tension in each direction (you'll need to twist to the left and to the right for equal time for symmetrical development).
