Q. Is it possible to use the EPIC Extender like a penis hanger? By this, I mean using a shorter routine with more tension instead of extending for hours.

A. Yes! With an extender like the EPIC Extender- which can generate up to 22 pounds of tension- you can certainly train as you would using a penis hanger. You'd need to err on the side of caution and slowly build to a routine where you're working up to 3 sets of 20 minutes each.

You MUST make sure your preparation for this type of work is up to par, as using more tension will require more padding.

You might also look into using the Two Step Method, where you use passive tension with an EPIC All Day Stretcher for anywhere between 15 minutes to two hours after your extender session to "heal" in the extended state.
