Q. What is it called when you use the extender first and then do something else after like stretches?

A. One excellent regimen is known as "Two-Step" training, This is where you perform a more intense lengthening movement (in this case, heavier extender work with the EPIC Extender) and follow it up with lighter, sustained elongation- with an All Day Stretcher.
