Hi @Baseem, does your V5 extender come with a 300mm/30cm rod by default, or is that rod only included when purchasing the standard V5 extender? Or does it come with an additional smaller rod as well?

ANSWER: The Best Extender V5.0 and our other extender models come with 300 mm rods, but you can also purchase additional rod lengths here: Replacement Rods for Epic and PRO Extender (2pcs)

One month daily use medium tension for 2-6hrs. Not much length. I am fuller tho.

ANSWER: You might consider using the extender at higher tension for shorter time. Keep the tension high, but work up to 1 hour maximum (in intervals) to see how this affects your results.

do high tension models fix peyronie's disease?

ANSWER: Extenders in general specifically have been noted in formal literature to work successfully against tough curvature scenarios like Peyronie's Disease- see here.

That being said, for the purposes of fixing Peyronie's you may not need a lot of tension- though the Best Extender PRO is capable of up to 22 pounds. You can still use the Best Extender PRO, but even if you weren't training for Peyronie's we'd suggest you start at lighter tension, to test.
