The 3x20 routine you haven’t tried yet (+ 20% off)

While we're mostly known for our wonderful and proven to work EPIC Extender and EPIC Pump devices, did you know we also offer penis hanging tools?

Weighted penis hanging is a fair alternative to extending, and there are many who use it as a mainstay of their penis lengthening sessions- with excellent results! While you can work up to using a high amount of weight with this type of training, unless your goal is to perform feats of strength with your penis, we suggest using a more moderated approach.

First, please check out the following recommended tools before getting started:

You'd use the Vacuum Cup, sleeves, and Cohesive Tape arrangement similar to what you'd use for setting up for extender wear. Please check out the #tutorials section of our Discord Channel or Baseem's Male Tutorials for a detailed video instructional on how to set up your Vacuum Cups for wear.

From there, you can attach the vacuum cup arrangement to your hanging strap. You can use whatever is most convenient for weight: barbell weight disks, a jug of water or sand, old fishing weight, or whatever comes to mind.

IMPORTANT!: Please err on the side of caution with the weight and time in your initial sessions! Your first few sessions should be devoted to mastering the wear of the device.

The 3x20 Penis Weight Hanging Routine (Courtesy of Coach Al):

One of the most consistently successful hanging routines is the "3x20" Penis Weight Hanging Regimen.

As the title describes, the goal is for you to work up to hanging with a particular weight for 3 sets of 20 minutes. Once you get 3x20 with a particular weight, you increase the weight 10-20% (depending on the initial poundage used), then reset the weight and start with 3x10 to reset the matrix,

From there, you'll add 1 minute each subsequent session: 3x11, then 3x12, and so on until you get to 3x20 again- then repeat the process.

The workout is performed all in one sitting. You can take a few minutes between each set to massage and fully restore circulation. You can also Kegel during your breaks to conserve time and to get a synergistic effect.

You could perform your girth work (like pumping) during the same session, or (better yet) train 2 days on, 1 day off alternating length and girth.

For any device, you should only wear it as tight as it needs to be to stay on. You should also be using an adequate amount of padding to ensure that your glans has circulation.

A sample routine would be as follows:

Length day: Warm up > Weight hanger- 3 sets of 20 minutes each. During breaks, you'll perform the 5 second Erect Kegel > Warm down

Girth day: Warm up > Girth work > Edging > Warm down

You can follow the above on a 2 day on 1 day off schedule.
