The best weirdest exercise for your manhood

At EpicExtender, we're normally not big on male enhancement exercises- preferring for the precision of our devices to safely deliver gains, but there's one exception to the rule: the Kegel. The Kegel exercise- especially when performed with a full erection, offers many benefits: It helps to promote blood flow (which encourages stamina), strengthens the internal integrity of the penis (which promotes hardness), and has even been shown to help with cases of "venous leak"- see: Pelvic floor exercise versus surgery in the treatment of impotence.

A well timed Kegel can also allow you to either hold back or accelerate your orgasms- depending on how you time it in the content of your ejaculation. There's also an interesting effect if you time a Kegel just right where you can even induce orgasm without ejaculation! This is known as "Male Multiple Orgasm" (MMO).

Kegels will raise the angle of your erection, promote better continence (urinary control) and bowel control, and even aids on core stability!

How can you NOT be performing the Kegel exercise as a part of your structured male enhancement regimen?

How to perform Kegels:

To perform a kegel, simply tighten your PC muscle (also known as the "pelvic floor muscles") as if you were trying to control the flow of urine. These are best performed immediately after your scheduled girth work- and they should be performed ERECT.

The goal should be to work up to 50 holds for 5 seconds each. . . but remember to start off slowly! The recommended starting rep count for this exercise is 5 reps. If you can perform each rep with a 90% or better erection you may add reps in subsequent sessions.

You may stop to refresh your erection up to 3 times during the course of this exercise, if needed. With practice, you can learn how to maintain your erections by stimulating DURING the exercise without interrupting the form. This is usually best done in a semi or fully reclined position. You may even thrust against your hand while refreshing/maintaining to achieve a more stimulating effect.

Perform only enough repetitions to mildly challenge yourself in the beginning (a 5-10 rep baseline is a good starting point for most new trainees). The pelvic floor is NOT an area that you want sore from fatigue! Also, when you contract for the kegel, use just enough force necessary to accomplish the repetition. Once you can perform 50+ repetitions of the 5 second Erect Kegels, you can start experimenting with harder contractions- or with more advanced exercises like the Towel Raise or "Super" Kegel.

Super Kegels


Another variation of this exercise is the super kegel. It's performed the same way as the regular kegel, except you try to go for holding endurance instead of repetition quantity. Once you've mastered the standard kegel, you can try to work up to 5 holds for 100 seconds each.

Towel Raises

The Towel Raise is a great exercise for developing penile strength and rock hard erections. It's essentially a weighted kegel, so don't perform this movement until you've fully mastered the kegel.

With an erection, place a towel over the end of your penis. Try to lift your towel-covered penis by squeezing the PC muscle (as in kegels.) Start with 20 reps and work up to 100 reps 5 times a week.

As time goes by, you can add weight by using larger towels, or even by wetting the towel.

An advanced technique for Towel Raises would be to hold the towel in the up position for 10 to 20 seconds at a time. You should attempt to work up to 5 to 10 of these sustained repetitions.
